The company is a subsidiary of Mohammed Al Qubaisi Enterprises (MQE), which is a trusted name in business in the UAE. Mohammed Al Qubaisi Enterprises LLC (MQE) is owned between H.E.Musallam Saeed Abdulla Al Qubaisi and his brother H.E.Mohammed Saeed Abdulla Al Qubaisi, established in Abu Dhabi, in the year 1985. H.E.Musallam Al Qubaisi had been a member of the Executive Council; Chairman of Planning Department of the Projects Committee of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, since 1991 up to November 2004. He is still the First Deputy Chairman of Abu habi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA), Board of Trustees of Al Hosn University, Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi Holding Company etc.
